• Q: Why do Domain Names have an intrinsic value?
  A: Domain Names are the Real Estate of the internet. Owning a good Domain Name like "Jewelry.com", "Cars.Com", "Skateboards.com", and "StockTrading.com" (for example) is like having your commercial storefront in Times Square, NY. Now why is that you ask? First off, for Traffic. Just like in Times Square you get alot of Traffic to your business, a good generic Domain Name gets Traffic too. This Traffic comes from Direct Navigation, Search Engines, and other sources as well. Couple that with having the privaledge to be the only person in the world with the rights to an unbeatable brand name and there is your intrinsic value. The internet is growing at an amazing pace with incredible amounts of new users (and potential customers) every day with no end or slowing in sight. • Q: What do your Domain Names come with?
  A: Our Domain Names come with the name itself (of course), plus any developed website and/or business associated with the Domain Name, and any data related therein.
• Q: Are we Cybersquatting on Domain Names?
  A: If you think so then you are clearly confused. would you call the owner of that vacation house on the beach squatting on his property just because he is rarely there? Or better yet, the land owner who has held his land for 50 years without developing it? Although at times our portfolio may expand faster than we can keep up with, our goal is to put each Domain Name to it's Highest and Best Use, whether it be by developing it to a full website, or just a Parked Page. • Q: What is our business model, in a nutshell?
  A: We take valuable Domain Names, and attempt to put them to their "Highest and Best Use" in an effort to realize the full potential of their intrinsic value, often times creating an entirely seperate businesses for each Domain Name, and make these fully realized Domain Names available to you if you are interested. If not we are happy to keep them for ourselves.
• Q: What data will we provide regarding our Domain Names?
  A: If you are willing to make a serious offer contingent upon data, we will be more than happy to share whatever data you would like to see. How could you possibly be expected to make such a large investment without having the proper knowledge you need to do so?
• Q: Do you buy Domain Names?
  A: We are always looking for new opportunities to expand our portfolio. If you think you have something we may be interested in please see our Buy/Sell page.
• Q: Do you sell Domain Names?
  A: Generally speaking, all of our Domain Names are available for the right buyer. We take this very seriously and we expect our buyers to do the same. If you are interested in one of our Domain Names please refer to our Buy/Sell page.
• Q: Why didn't you respond to my request to sell you my domains?
  A: Unfortunately we cannot respond to every request we recieve with some kind of feedback, as there are many requests. Don't worry though, if we are interested in what you are selling, we will respond. Also, please make sure you filled out our form completely as incomplete forms will not recieve a response.
• Q: Why didn't you respond to my offer to buy one of your domains?
  A: We only respond to offers that we feel have the potential to end in a successful sale. We are happy to sell, but remember we are also happy to keep our Domain Names and websites for ourself, so please submit serious offers only.
• Q: What constitutes a serious offer?
  A: It is true that the term "serious offer" is fairly objective. So to help guide you, for us a serious offer should typically look like at least $xx,xxx, with upper limits going beyond $xxx,xxx. You can always offer less, especially if a Domain Name has yet to be developed. It never hurts to try, we just can't promise we'll respond.
